Also the weather going from tropical to arctic in the space of a couple of days doesn't help much either!

Ah yes true.

But IF they get promoted I don't think Blades will come back in; curious then who does show interest, probably another of the top half teams.

Really hoping he stays.

I'll be surprised if Blades win the play offs but if they don't I expect they'll be back in with another offer. In the meantime have our amazing board even put a new contract under his nose for consideration?

No doubt Jimmy is a great pro and superb in the air but I do wonder what his best position is? Been a bit of revelation at RB and I'm wondering if he's now better there than at CB? Although often at CB, you're only as good as the partner playing next to you.

Come on Nourry and co., do everything you can to keep him at the club.

Make it 5 a side and move the game to the local Power League to make it more interesting.

17-15 win for the Hooped midgets.

Possible next managers...

Er true! But you can sometimes challenge a boss and have a discussion with them (or at least I can in my job).

Of course if you don't like your boss - how they treat you or how they do things - then you can always look for another job.

Hence the current state of play at QPR!

It'll be Euro coachbot 2000 who no one has ever heard of, who will do everything Nourry tells him.

Cifuentes placed on garden leave as reign that promised so much unravels

2. If nobody comes in for him, Qpr can terminate his contract without compensating him. QPR could even sue MC for breach

Well if that is case then the garden leave decision would make more sense. But then how long does the club wait before doing that?

There is an element of that - as long as the money is good, and a lot of managers' egos are such that "I'm definitely the one that can make the difference and bring success to this club". Even if the club in question is a basket case. And no other industry rewards failure as well as football.

I still don't quite understand how Hoos vacated the CEO role and stepped into the Chairman role (unless that was some deal that he brokered with Ruben)?

Kind of hoping there are some new (benevolent) owners in the offing who will put a new broom through the whole place. God knows it's needed.

To be fair I think most people do English to GCSE; unless they choose to do English A level

Re Willock, his injury then meant he wouldn't have got sold anyway. But that was probably the peak of his value. And now he's off to League One...

Been discussed on other threads but with VAR can they not just go with umpire's call like in cricket? If it's such a marginal offside call like that one, give the ref the benefit of the doubt.

I thought VAR was meant to sort out clear and obvious errors??
