Thanks for all the brilliant work, comments and articles this season, Clive.
Another season spent falling down the mountain, climbing up the mountain, seeing the summit of a mountain we never expected to so see then tripping over our laces and falling down the mountain again, getting above base camp with a few seconds to spare, then being humiliated as we try to sit one final time a few thousand feet above base camp and finally getting an unlikely final second wind right at the end to storm up the mountain to almost a third of the way up. Does the same futile ascent face us again next season? Of course not... well, probably.
He actually bends it around the two defending players without panicking and sends the keeper the wrong way. It's a really cool finish. I really hope Madisen may get tougher and more physical in the close season. If he does then he may well actually show his true potential.
Watching Mustapha Bundu' on Plymouth's highlights against Leeds. What a lovely technical player he is. A stand out for them. 28 so probably not in our mind and to be fair this is his first season of scoring regularly and an armful of assists.
Whatever Jimmy does he'll be a hero to us at QPR. Would love him to stay and be captain but understand that he deserves a crack higher up the ladder. Top top man. He will be very much missed here.
Nice try ND. You'd love to think they'd come out and show the fans that they have pride in the club and the badge. If all had been well I would have predicted an away win because we tend to do that away last game of the season. I guess it really comes down to how motivated the players really are after what's happened. Is the idea of matching last season's point tally of any motivation? Probably not but you'd like to think so. A creditable draw would be fine. A heavy defeat would be a slap in the face for the fans traveling to the match, who are probably leaving around... er... now, to get there in time.
There's only one thing for it and that is a motivational speech before the match from Andy Sinton. Worked last season.
Kevin Betsy is 47! He looks like someone in his 20s. Hugely experienced and has worked managerially with the England kids in the U16s to U18s. So he's perhaps a bit of a hidden gem here?
Problem is that while Marti is on gardening leave we can't appoint anyone. So if this gets dragged out for various reasons we may not be able to move forward with a new coach/manager for some time.
