Thread | What’s the point?

I know I’m always banging-on about how rubbish everything is, but I can’t remember a time when the fans were so disillusioned about our beloved football club.
Here’s something to ponder, do we actually want to get another point. One more point would see us officially credited as NOT the worst ever Premier team. Why should the bas7ard owners who’ve produced this sh1t show get away with it. Despite what the stats might say, in my eyes we easily qualify as the joint worst team and that’s what the record books should state. |

I see that Tony Mowbray is now available, might be a good appointment to steady the ship next year, although not sure I personally could stomach his brand of god awful boring football.
Whatever we might think, I’m sure our Head of Recruitment will have a strong view.

Sorry Nick but when it comes to goalkeepers I defer to the great oracle of all things football related, Troy Deeney.
In this weeks BBC Team of the Week, Mr Deeney choose Boscombes Kepa who was described as “He didn't do anything extraordinary”, but overlooked Aaron Ramsdale who saved not one but two penalties as well as having a very good game vs Villa.
Can we all start lobbying the Beeb and try to get this poor player, poor manager, poor commentator and poor pundit removed and replaced by someone who knows what their fecking talking about. |

Quite frankly Nick, I’ve not got the first idea what you’re going on about. Whar is a Cnace anyway, is it some kind of archaic folklore beast or maybe a modern Turkish word for a good football player passed his best.

When or when will the architects, designers, owners and town planners not understand, that without the supporting infrastructure then any enormous venue is utterly useless. I’d welcome a New Old Trafford but only with the government assurance that the M5 would be significantly widened to take account for the extra volume. |

Yup, and whilst Rob & Martin do/say nothing we continue to be a laughing stock to all other fans. My view is, that we should stop sitting on our hands and mumbling under our breaths and fecking do something. I don’t care what it is, but for feck sake...DO SOMETHING. |

I suggested the following on this forum a week ago, no one person could be bothered to say it was either a good idea or tell me to go f7ck myself. Seems like we the fans are becoming as pathetic as the club and the owners.
Okay no more silent muttering and putting up with this sh1t, it’s time the owners understood the fans opinion of the Board and that there is a significant number who simply want SR to sell up and leave our club.
For the Brighton game can we hold up a white piece of A4 paper, with the following words printed in black bold as follows.
Sport Republic
“Odjebi”
meaning (in Serbian)

Pat it’s very simple, SR are tasked to govern and direct Southampton FC. If they are so inept that they can’t do this, then they shouldn’t be in the position. Let’s give them a really strong message and tell them to Fuc? Off. |
