God, all that stuff seems a lifetime ago! ( But perfectly normal behaviour at QPR!)
I'm convinced you can get 20 points if you can just play people at the right time!

Southampton earlier, Shef Weds now, Shef United a week earlier ( 3 points?) etc
Worrying about back four tonight, Jake Def keeps balance in back four with left-foot
Cheers Clive!

QPR give West Brom both Burrells – Report
at 18:05:45

Yes, great report Clive, very pleased with praise of Kone, his "target man" hold the ball stuff. is so important.

Central defenders must hate playing against him. Burrell and him good understanding, getting worried about Madsen, people will be watching these videos, passing the ball forward. completed passes. the lot above us notice this stuff.

Cheers Clive!

That Swindon Town match report again – Report
at 16:07:44

Er, 100% Correct

Norwich piled down our left from the off, their seemed a large space between Cook and Field?
When we do this to other teams they react quickly, (throw some cover onto Field, play a bit narrower), as you say Clive, Norrington Davis would have worked this out instantly as an actual full back, (not criticizing Field, he looked like that knock started early on in the game?).

Yes, Madsen looked burnt out early, (not surprising), Varane anonymous.

Yes, not sure what Frey could offer. not throwing Kolli in after three game week criminal.
Great report as usual Clive, (I remember Swindon all to well)

Cheers Clive!

The nillest nil nil that ever did nil – Report
at 21:20:52

Thanks Clive

Yes, completely agree, I also was very surprised how the same Shef Team that ran riot last year has descended to this. ( They were far to cocky before the Play off final, I remember the CEO? explaining in pre match interview " How all the finances were in place for next year in the Premiership" Whoops!

Yes, bloody weird with Burrell pulling them all over the place, we then end up hanging on, Dembele being taken off allowed Davies to run riot on that side.
Much praise for Hamer, I actually stopped staring in panic at the goalkeeper, the back four didn't look nervous, and two great saves.

Cheers Clive great report as usual.

QPR's road warriors sink ten-man Swans - Report
at 00:55:49

Completely agree about the Sam Field Varane comparison, yes amazed Chair was so sharp, ( should have buried it), he looks rarity to go, like new signings really, will be interesting when Pukho back, yes terrific stuff from Madsen, only negative really is Vardi terrifies me, ( yes, great stop at the end), but you know he won't catch it, you know he won't come off his line, bloody heart failure when he starts thinking about it when he's got the ball at his feet in the six yard box, but oh well, clean sheet and great Dave. Cook looked sharper last night, Absolutely agree about Burrell, Kone worked hard, very funny match report Clive! ( And I did read the bloody pre-virw!.
Cheers Clive!

Millwall deliver QPR’s latest reality check – Report
at 22:58:37

Yes spot on about Frey, really surprised he started against a pacey side like Millwall.
( Yes, noticed the exchanges between Kone and Frey, no point Frey complaining where he wants the ball, if he is to slow to arrive their).

I was pleased with a lot, but surprised at no Burrell, big mistake.
Cheers Clive, great report!

The death of Pep-ball – are QPR finally on trend? Column

Yes, every bloody word right, its just weird that this happened quietly, was invisible when it took shape, and now is happening before our very eyes, are we a Phil Parkes away from the finished article?

QPR trounced in final home game as Burnley run riot - Report
at 15:30:17

A grim afternoon Clive, well done for putting a piece in that credits a very good Burnley side, ( the reason they don't play like this every week is Parker), another Manager with courage would throw this talent forward into every game home or away.

Amazing last year 4.0 against Leeds this year Manager gone, relegation ahead.

Great piece Clive, ( as usual).

Cheers!

In the blue corner – Report
at 00:48:03

Exactly as I saw it Clive, yes Cook has been a bit creaky coming back, but Plants Faciitus is a particularly nasty injury and all credit to him for getting back on the pitch so quickly.

I'm sure it's obvious to all oppo Managers that Nardi doesn't catch set pieces and boy are they going to crowd our six yard box from now.

Coventry's extreme exercise of bludgeoning Dunne in their box and Nardi in ours is going to happen every week from now because no Referee is going to award a Penalty for 18 Yard Sumo wrestling, ( even if you are holding Jimmy Dunne down with both hands around his neck).

Completely agree with game summary Clive, the Paal/Chair away corner is not funny any more.

Some type of game Management please lads for away games last 5 minutes, as mentioned by Steve Cook.

Excellent report, cheers Clive!

Saito San for the little engine that suddenly can – Report

Must be knackering putting all these match reports up and make them funny, readible and accurate, which this one definitely is.
Yes, agree about Alfie really turned the game on its head with his holding up play and direct running at defenders, so pleased for him.
Thought Edwards was excellent last night a very good performance he also appears to be very skillful, Paals best game this season, any other fullback facing Vaughan would have had a difficult night but Jimmy was magnificent.
Agree completely about Ashby.

Cheers Clive!

Kolli crowns big week with perfect Plymouth winner – Report
at 00:21:03

Yes, spot on Clive, worrying all the misses , but good solid team performance, Dunne is attracting a lot of attention at the moment, ( particularly from the play off clubs) another great performance by him.
Yes, really like Nardi but punching the incoming crosses not his strong point, ( their was a time when any keeper who didn't catch crosses would be on the bench the following week).

Cheers Clive, great report as usual.

Three and easy night – Report
at 11:38:41

Yes, great night Clive, spot on about Morgan, always has time, and always facing the right way to move forward, seems to have great understanding with Varanne, ( very, very skilful) Field in his best spell of season, not sure who to compare Varanne to? Masson? Venables? Eddie Kelly? ( Mention it quietly Taarabt?

Great match report Clive!

Cheers!

Smyth’s smash and grab stuns City – Report
at 22:04:06

Thanks Clive!

Yes, Morrison again excellent, and I just assume each week Nardi will make half a dozen amazing saves, after watching the "Brain numbing" first 45 against Oxford, and then this "Alamo" type defensive exhibition, I wonder are we saving it up for the return of the magnificent 3? or is it 4?

Surely their are health risks for you Clive reporting this stuff every week?
Are the club trying to make us consume more alcohol deliberately?

Oh well, I'm sure Preston will be very different.

Thanks Clive!
