Another reason why this nonsense is completely unnecessary and there are many , is that the initial outward and open anger of how MC was treated ( whether he should have been sacked/removed/replaced is another debate , it’s the way it’s been done which I think has upset many ) has died down a little! Plenty, if not most are still upset and angry but the Earth keeps turning , we won yesterday which is a positive and maybe yesterday gave us time to take deep breathe as a fan base ? We all need a break from the drama of these clowns so it felt like a period of relative calm had maybe descended finally . So why come on here starting this bilge on yet another thread about the same old guff? Of course everybody is entitled to their opinion and if by some miracle the OP is genuine …then maybe read the room mate . At least post on one of the many existing threads . I guess you want max exposure? If it’s not genuine then grow up for god sake . |

This nonsense makes us so tin pot in my opinion. This isn’t addressed to the OP. It’s so insecure to worry about what the fans are saying this much . Of course you should listen to the fans but being that paranoid of fan sites and social media just shows a lack of belief in the clubs own standings and decision making in my opinion . If you think getting rid of Marti was the right call then back it …have the courage of your convictions, put your money where your mouth is…and back it ! Explain to fans the REAL reasons and prove it. Don’t have people p*ssing around trying to pour out ridiculous ‘propaganda’. It’s disrespectful and shows utter contempt for the fans exactly as Clive described in his match preview. The arrogance to think we would just all fall for it . As with the oneupmanship press releases from last week, we have descended into playground tittle tattle. It’s embarrassing and damaging . Bloody stop it |

Yes I have to agree . His attitude today and since he’s been at the club has been first class . I really hope that the news breaks that he had signed a new deal. Not the best footballer I’ve ever seen but we need his type here. But I’m not holding my breathe or expecting such things from those in charge. |

On the contrary…they read this site and I’d imagine others more than any of us would have thought. |

Anyone miss Paal today ? No me neither I’m being mischievous and I know some are fans of his. Has his good games but not too often . But we can do so much better over the course of a season . So many goals come from our left . |

Only my opinion, irrespective of what happened today , I think KB will get the job permanently. He said he didn’t want it but that’s just towing the party line . He’s CN’s man and was employed by Nourry. He will not push back on what CN wants (to start with) and today will have strengthened the argument that CN will put behind that decision. What I think will happen though is a while into the job , Betsy will want to implement things that have not been pre planned or discussed, do certain things his way….and then he’s bang in trouble …..whether we are top or bottom . Not ITK , Just what I think will be the ‘plan’ going forward. |

Well, we are a bonkers team and club aren’t we? How many accumulators must we f*ck up ever weekend ? 🤣 Firstly Sunderland were terrible and if they don’t buck their ideas up they have got no chance . But that aside we looked comfortable without really imposing ourselves on the game . No one knows if the players wanted to win for Marti or they felt like the chains were off a little but they did seem much more free to play . Might have something to do with opposition but it did appear that way , As someone alluded to earlier we have big holes to fill in Edwards and Dunne, both fantastic today . Morrison and Varane too . Cook & JCS to come in of course but I have no trust in the latter at the moment (his fitness not him as a bloke ). Walsh continues to impress . Madsen also . Faded again but had to be more combative and at times we got exposed, but he took his goal well and there continues to be green shoots. Ashby did well but still get the impression he does it when he wants to or when he’ll be noticed . He played well today but we can improve on him . As now been mentioned a couple of times, Frey can play a whole game this week but couldn’t start last ? A bit strange for me . I have my theories , but now isn’t the time. Strange that winning a dead rubber like that can mean so much , but it did . It means after an horrific week for our football club we can finish with a positive (hopefully 2 with the youngsters winning the cup at home to Brentford ). I think that’s the very least we all deserve . |

So good I had to read it twice . More passion and love and care about this bloody club in one sentence of that piece, than all those p*ssing about on the ‘upper floors’ of LR put together . I hope to god someone somewhere reads that and it hits home with someone . I’d say no chance, but I feel we will come to a point very soon where we have to get Clive and a few others heard by the people that matter . Our voices matter more than they realise . Exceptional writing Clive . [Post edited 2 May 18:42]

There’s that name again . Ya Ya was there with one of our major share holders on Saturday . He probably ran a mile after about 20 minutes. |
