He plays football like Micha Richards does punditry. A 'big personality' (please!) to mask a basic lack of intelligence or insight.

That said, even if he's a bit of a tw*t, but he's our tw*t.

My main issue that he must be the worst crosser of a ball at QPR since time began.

Which would be great if football matches lasted 45 minutes.

As I've pointed out, Kone was blatantly fouled too, but his protests got him nowhere.

Which was my point somewhere else. We commit 90 minutes of crime against football at Stoke, then can't see a 2-1 lead out at home in added time. It's senseless and makes you seethe. If we'd won on Saturday and lost at Stoke playing properly, we'd have 2 more points this week. Perhaps someone can explain that to me, as our puppet manager clearly can't!

Because, let me spell this out, (i) he's our manager who articulates the culture of the playing side (i) it needs calling out by people of passion who refuse BS, and (iii) I'm old-fashioned and don't like being treated like an idiot.

Would you like me to come up with some more reasons?

Erm - I think you've made my point!

Agree with all this. The owners lack pride, purpose, and passion, in my view. Nourry might be a bit of an alien, but at least he's articulate and involved. Julie looks and sounds like a patsy, however - that's how it appears to me.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: the club don't deserve us.

So, let's get this right, Kone isn't a striker who can play a little deeper off a main man, and he also isn't a target man you can hit in the traditional fashion! What kind of striker is he able to play as again?

Our midfield is seriously undercooked. Madsen is OK, and that's about it.

In Burrell's absence, we are very static in the centre of attack.

The full backs and wingers also are often poor with their delivery. Mbengue crosses the ball like someone who's never played the game at any level.

I just feel we lack the three or four grounded, consistent Champ footballers who can get us on the ball and motoring up the pitch. As Dave Mc said, Chair is a massive miss, who seems to have been out for ever.

Lose to Coventry, and we'll be as close to 16th again as dammit. It seems to be our destiny.

Their manager still made a specific point about how bad it was - so, considering they won, it must have been!

Even if it was a billiard table, woo hoo, let's have a pitchside party! Saying the pitch played well, even if it didn't, really is clutching at grassy (or muddy) straws!

He's very good at talking about 'finding solutions' (increasingly, in other words, stating the bleedin' obvious), but, unfortunately, not very good at actually finding them.

Crap management, and crap self-management.

Post of the weekend!

Only problem is, we apply your principles, it's a taxi for the manager and most of the staff, plus a bundle of people on here.

At the risk of coming over all Gary Neville, it starts with the owners and the standards they demand (or don't demand).

Football hinges on all those 'ifs, buts and maybes'. There's lots of errors contributed to that apparently lovely strike from Windass.

The point is, it was a clear foul, it impeded Kone, who might have got a block on the shot otherwise. Likewise, if the sluggish/unaware Kolli had marked Windass properly, he wouldn't have been in a position to get a shot away of any quality. With the ref's help, we made it easier for him on both counts, and that's the perspective the coach needs to look at it from every time - what we could have done better.

Otherwise, fine, we can all just sit back and admire their goalscorer.
