Being one of their biggest critics on Twitter 😀, I have to give them credit for this season so far. They’ve spread the commentary around so everyone has had a bit of live coverage and that’s all people have ever asked for.

1-0 at HT with the goal out of the blue really after 42 minutes. The ball comes to their captain on the left edge of the box & he hits a looping shot over our keeper into the top right corner. Nothing the keeper could do. Up to that point they probably shaded the attacking play, but I think that was their first shot on target. We have also only had one on target. |  | | |

2nd half very pedestrian, almost like a pre-season game. They look like they realize they can probably see out a 1-0. We look like we are hoping 1 great opportunity comes & we stick it in ( Perhaps an injury time penalty !!!).
We need some subs to come on & shake it up
EDIT: And just as I finish writing, that chance comes along. Kelly has a free shot 10 yards out and misses the target completely. Perhaps like buses a few more chances will come all at once. Then again ...... [Post edited 17 Sep 2022 16:30]

2-0. Stupid penalty given away by Diagouraga who trips their player in the right corner of the box. Clear penalty. Keeper saves it, but it bounces up for an easy free header into the net | | | |
