Thought they said they were happy with the deal at the time.

When Keir Starmer announced the UK had signed the deal on 22 May 2025, Starmer said: "President Trump has welcomed the deal along with other allies, because they see the strategic importance of this base and that we cannot cede the ground to others who would seek to do us harm."
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also welcomed it, and issued a statement saying that Trump had "expressed his support for this monumental achievement".
Rubio said the deal "reflects the enduring strength of the US-UK relationship".
"We stand ready to continue our collaboration to promote peace, security, and prosperity in the Indian Ocean and beyond," he added.

It does seem the only way Inoussa can be affective is if he has room to run and not ball to feet., so well worth a try and also spreads the opposition defence a bit.
Also on Saturday when the subs were made I couldn't understand why it was Cullen and not Wales.
I will say though good header by him. |

The EFL has announced the 2026-27 season will begin over the weekend of Friday 14 to Sunday, 16 August.
The Championship, League One and League Two campaigns will all kick off on the same weekend, with round one of the Carabao Cup taking place 7-9 August. |

The 3 of us had season tickets from the season before we were promoted and for the 7 years in the Premier
We decided half way through the last season we wouldn’t be renewing due to date time changes and the 3 available for matches. This was whichever division we were in and it was easier to get tickets( it didn’t have to be against the top teams)
Did think of carrying on and breaking even by missing nearly half the games.
As it is we do travel but only when the 3 of us can make it.
Still a bonding/memory making day with my sons

The last few years the club was drifting away from me or me from the club
Hopefully this is a turning point before it got semi permanent
