Is the waiting list based on demand though?

Or is it just a marketing device considering they can't sell anyone a season ticket at this point?

Accidentally down voted.

That paragraph beginning with 'And, for the first time this season...' represents so much for so many.

Julien QPR-ed. Maybe learn from it all at some point you Dunning-Kruger fcuks.

That reaction from Stephan is probably the only encouraging thing I can think of from yesterday's performance.

Looking for aggression, intensity, and from one or two an understanding of the basic principles of play.

A couple of obvious questions around the starting 11 but no arguments with him there.

Madsen hamstring
at 15:25 27 Feb 2026

I really don't think I imagined it, but last year when a few of us on here were mocking this lethargy and lack of any purpose, the next game they were out with a few cones and running around like it was the dawn of a new era. Brought a tear to my eye.

Obviously that died down very quickly and it's as you were, but I wondered for that game or two if it was some hyper intelligent science based PR response to systematically captured message board intel by someone living life in a lane far faster than thick tongued plebs like us.

He's s standing beside Bennie in the interview after the Hull game and looks 2-3 inches taller, no more.

Bennie is apparently 181cm, or 5ft 11.5 I think in old money.

3 at the back with wing backs Saturday?
at 13:09 26 Feb 2026

That formation is fair enough, I'm just not sure I've seen signs of him going 3 at the back.

I think moving Edwards into midfield is the most solid option overall, with Cook or (hold your ribs) Clarke-Salter back in beside Dunne.

Edwards seemed to be getting a bit of practice in the other night, after the game was long gone of course. He was much further forward and getting lots of touches like Madsen would've been. Things are getting laughably threadbare but I think that could work as a sticking plaster for now.

Occasionally an unpleasant surprise...

How old does that look? Scary stuff.

Has got me nostalgically wondering when the club first started doing the online commentary. Season after that one maybe?

How many new contract triggers has he got?

Who negotiated this, Paladini?

And when are we going to get our bi-annual 35 minutes out of Clarke Salter? Need to factor that in.

Lovely passer of the ball, touch of an angel really.

I see a lot of certainty on here. Maybe it's just me but I don't feel ready to say he's a terrible keeper.

He had a terrible night, no doubt about that, but he'd been playing well in recent games, and I liked his efforts at quicker distribution in the last 2 or 3 games, thought that was also improving.

So many other players looked lethargic, not tracking runners, not blocking shots or crosses, not winning headers, not able to pass to a team mate. They started off ok (apart from the first which looked like Madsen should have done more to block) and after 30 mins they're done.

Walsh's errors were obviously fatal but I think they were the difference between probably a 2-0 loss and what it was.

I see the conditioning as a far bigger issue in terms of being able to at least compete with energy regardless of who you're up against, and avoiding losing most of your starting 11 over the course of a season.

Poor from Walsh but we also haven't closed down the shot. Aaaagain. Back post headers and shots from the edge of the box - are we just leaving those?

Sleep walking to a loss here.

Walsh, who's been decent lately with a howler. Vale half asleep so far, players not using the ball when they get it.

Southampton don't look great at the back to me and we could be doing a lot better.

Let's not wait till 75 for the subs Julie ffs.
