Idly looking through QPR things online earlier and I found out something that really surprised me: since it kicked off in 1993, Andy Impey has won more QPR Player Of The Year Awards than any other player.
3 - Impey (1993, 1994 and 1995)
2 - Rowlands (2004, 2008); Hill (2012, 2013); Austin (2014, 2015).
Everyone else got just the one.
Couldn't believe it! In a team that contained Ferdinand, Wilkins and Sinclair, he got the nod 3 years in a row. Amazing. Fair play to him. |

Good point. Go to start somewhere. It's decent experience for him: he's with the First Team and is learning how to make his case for a starting place. What does he need to work on? How is he going to improve? |

The verdict is unsurprising. They were bang to rights and have tried everything to kick this into the long grass. What the authorities need to do now is make sure the appeal process doesn't end up taking up the entire millennium. |

Must be an algorithm thing because my YouTube feed has had a bunch of C-Mob vids turn up in the past week or so. Haven't watched any - not really my thing. Are they new? Or has the hooligan-based content simply got as far as 'Q' in the alphabet?
I always liked the idea of Lawn Bowls hooligans. Rampaging gangs of pensioners, wrecking National Trust tea shops on the way to taking the clubhouse end on a Saga awayday. |

My kids are the same. My daughter asked for a 1982 home shirt for her birthday this year. She wore it out in town and got 2 'URs!' from passing strangers and several kids wandering up to take a closer look. Her mates were mystified!

Thanks everyone. My wife's solicitor says I have to cease and desist talking about the Rs at home, after her mother had to feign a heart attack to escape my detailed explanation of how our use of inverted wingers freed up our fullbacks to overlap, creating an overload in the final third.
