As this game seems to by sold out to home fans and from the comments on the Wrexham forum red passion they think they are bringing 1000-1500. Will we see the segregation netting placed inside the away section so that we can have more home fans or didn't the club think of that?
yes its just silly. I quite often try to get seats next to our season tickets for friends and family. and guess what I cant get them and i have to phone the ticket office to complain and then they sort it out. They even hold back tickets in blocks that are already open. Its ridiculous. And you are right. People get put off and don't have the time or care enough for going back online every 5 minutes to see what's gone blue.
are the upper parts of these blocks yet to go on sale? I assume so.
Also, interestingly the oxford game south stand is virtually sold out. Surely this cant be as looking at the planner with a full oxford end that would be 18k???
no there is always plenty of room in this block WU13 and the next block towards the centre. Seems to be more singers here lately as they cant get tickets over the East.
Was some good noise here last night especially at the end. Also against Hull so its beginning to pick up.
If you like to sing and enjoy the banter with the away fans and cant get in the East singing end due to the limited availability then give WEST UPPER BLOCK 13 a go. You are closer to the away fans than the east and the concourse is a lot bigger. I'm told the stewards have also been asked to pipe down.
Since the stadium opened the singing end has exclusively been filled by season ticket holders. If you take a look at the planner for the hull game there is no availability. Any new fans wanting to sing don't have anywhere else to go really. I know this as my son and his friends have never been in the East stand they are always forced to go in the East or West.
It would be could if we could get another singing area going as the best atmospheres have always been when there's singing both sides to the away fans.
Wu13 West Upper has singing from time to time so if anyone who cant get in the singing section on the East - give WU 13 a try
