Dembele and Obikwu out for Charlton game

If we started the season as a stable, we'd be a glue factory by Christmas!

Always gave 100% when others around him didn’t. Never went missing and gave it his very best all the time. God knows we've had dozens over the years that barely even looked bothered.

Plus, he's been the right sort from day one. Good luck to him, never for the want of trying did he don the B&W.

We do have this IAM geezer (who apparently bossed Chelsea in some Euro competition) so if it were me, then if there's decent wedge on offer for JV, then I'd take it. If not, then I'd still be tempted to let Morgs go on loan, because he needs regular game time as opposed to bits here and there.

Somewhere there's a cushion without tassels getting a right hammering.

The more you listen to it, the more unlistenable and disturbing it becomes. Managed two minutes before turning off for my own sanity!

Another Ustinov story I like, was when he first arrived in the UK. After several stops on the train from their port of arrival to London, his mother said, how odd it was that every station had the same name.

Young Peter corrected her by pointing out that 'Horlicks' was actually an advert!

Opposition corners
at 04:41 2 Feb 2026

Been a real annoyance of mine for eons. With a team of diddy men, some of whom can shift, keeping one up always seemed a sensible outlet and one where the oppo needs to keep one extra back.

To wait so long and then have three, was beyond expectation. Thought Cov's response equally bold. We'll see if this continues and if it does, whether others follow suit.

Just can't believe its taken this long!

There's only one set of numbers that matter, and here it is: QPR 2, Cov. 1

End of!

He's a master of the art of full back play.

For me, it's a toss up between him and Mads for POTY, with the latter just knicking it based turning things around.

Has vision, great passing, and he's got a shot on him.

But, and it's a big but with him and several others: Keeping him fit.

Excellent response from the Rangers today.

Played bloody well, with some very good individual performances. Both scorers deserved their goals, that Vale can pass a ball, but what across from Mada for the first.

Hayden, all of the defence, Mads, Vale, and Kone earned their corn today.

Bloody well done Rs!

Some defending would be nice.

Typical Rs: doing well, then let ourselves down.

I know I'm not the only one who thanks what I'm about to write, but I've been bellowing for years to keep someone up when defending corners.

Finally today, we're not only doing it, but with three (3) kept up! To be fair Jules, one would have done for me.

C'mon Rs!

Good effort from Kone, matched by their keeper.

Rs doing well, could really do with converting this into a goal.
