Something isn't right at the club, thats for sure. The players and JS dont look happy. We was a disjointed mess 1st half, that back 4 with Edwards sitting deep did not know what they were doing. Not creativity in midfield and zero braincells up top. |

Saito looked a great little player last season , worked really hard and used to course the opposition problems. Whats happened.? Varrane, at times looked like we had a real player on our hands... whats happened to him? Kone, looked a decent signing at the start of the season, but now a shadow of the player he was. Dunne, regressing... Whats going on.. ? Players dont look happy. |

Yeh, the club is starting to look fragmented again off and on the pitch. We've had some great moments though this season. I thought we looked a more balanced squad, our signings looked better than before and there was a bit of character to the team. The injuries have really hurt us this season. For whatever reason, its stacked up. Yes, its a bit depressing, as it looks like next season we'll be starting from scratch again. After so much potential. But theres more important things in life than QPR and this message board, so im not gonna get too down about it. |

Hoos was the adult in the room for years though. I've no idea what he really thinks about the club and its fans now or his bosses , but if he feels he's got carte blanche these days, then its because our owners are not on his case , as they should be. It all boils back to our owners. Hoos will retire a very rich man probably. |

Yep. I'm not trying to put it all on Field, he obviously had his own valid reasons, but like you say , he shouldn't be in that situation in the first place. That's the red flag. The fact we have tossed aside such an experienced and capable Championship player, given our situation. Every player wants to play first team football, goes without saying. But to let him go, to a rival championship club halfway through a season, seems ridiculous to me. |

"A workforce across the non-playing side of the club absolutely fed up with a lack of leadership, presence, budget, and care for the club." This bit nails it for me. How true it is, only those within the club know for sure. But looking in from the outside, this does stack up. We all knew, we wasn't going to get much out of todays game. But for me, the disappointing/ frustrating thing about watching Boro, was how much fitter, stronger, better their players are compared to us. We've been in the championship a while now , and i know the buzzword when we got relegated in 2015 was consolidation. But that's over a decade now , and we don't look like we've made any sort of progress on the pitch. I don't think its all down to our manager. Its what goes on above them that's the issue. And whatever that issue is, it translates to the rest of the team. Field wanting to go is a red flag for me. I know others have defended it, but to me that doesn't look like a player that's digging in for the greater course. Injuries haven't helped in the slightest of course, but there's something else that doesn't seem right with the players, as it always does at this stage of the season. |

Ok, yes, 2nd highest on wages. Warnock still bought smart though. |

On the injury and fitness situation, isn't this also down to our budget? The standard of players we're getting in? I'm not trying to give our physios and fitness coaches a free pass or anything but it must have some bearing on it. When i watched us v West Ham , one thing stood out was their fitness levels were miles ahead of us. We had to work double hard to match them (which we did) but it did catch up with us. Yes, they're premier league, with premier league players. But they probably are just naturally fitter. Stephan hasn't got everything right, but he's a decent coach that's hampered by the same things Cifuentes was. I'm not calling out for a change of manager yet. I just don't think he's the problem at the club. |

Not sure on this. Signing Taraabt maybe. But most were decent championship squad players. Hill and Derry from Palace that were going into administration, Helder Helgerson was out on loan but got him back. Matt Connelly, Hogan Ephraim , Kasper Gorks were already at the club. Jamie Mackie from Plymouth!. Most of the squad hadnt played premier league so i wouldnt have thought they would be on massive wages apart from Paddy Kenny maybe. Wayne Routledge was a loan player. I wouldnt say Warnock had a division busting budget. I would say he was pretty smart with the signings, rather then just throwing money about like we did the season after. . Compare that budget to Redknapps. |
