Jimmy was in the 26 but didn't make the cut for the Final 23 due to another knock AFAIK, but was drafted in as 3rd choice keeper as UEFA rules stipulate that you need three keepers in a match day squad |

Agree with you on this mate. I'd be completely for allowing beers in the stands but I completely forgot that people in the UK can't seemingly celebrate a goal without throwing their beer in the air. It would absolutely f**k me off if it happened to me.
Really annoying because watching in other countries it never happens. I've always got a beer in hand when watching Lausanne-Sport as do many others and yet no cups get thrown in the air when the team (rarely, this season!) scores.
Maybe they could allow it in English stadiums but bring in a law stipulating that anyone who throws their beer in the air is to receive a punch to the nose/throat from anyone within 5 seats of them. |
