Yes. They're asking the shareholders to agree to the stadium being used as security for a loan, the terms of which will be decided at a later date. I think they need to put the terms of the loan on the table first.
If you can cite a company liquidation in which all the shareholders received the nominal capital value of their shares, I would very much like to hear about it!
Despite the various factors you refer to, we have had a playing budget this season that is "in the top half of the division" (I have been told this by a very reliable source who was told directly by Simon Gauge). Allowing Stockdale to waste that budget on the shower of a squad he assembled was a fatal mistake and Simon has to take responsibility for that.
I completely agree we now need to look forward and rebuild as a club. But part of that is Simon stepping aside as Chairman because I am afraid he is simply not up to it.
I believe what Simon and his co-directors did to stop the Morton House takeover attempt and deal with its aftermath ranks in importance with anything that has been done in the history of the club. But overseeing our relegation from the League has been a catastrophic failure of stewardship.

I'm told Graham Morris, Trevor Butterworth and Dan Altman spoke against the resolutions and someone in the meeting suggested the resolutions be withdrawn. The Board went to a separate room to discuss it then announced the resolutions were being withdrawn.
Mobdro app tends to be more stable than websites and you don't have pop-up ads to contend with. None of the channels listed as showing the game are available on Mobdro but ESPN is so that would be a bonus
We probably should have won the first game with the chances we had in the second half. But we went and gave Man U a good game so hopefully we can do the same tonight.
I don't know about the agent being fined but it's quite possible as it was he who tipped Forest off about the £300k release clause after a price of c.£500k had been agreed. Dale lost c.£200k and the agent pocketed 10% of it as his 'reward'
