Solskjaer - I Hate Losing Saturday, 8th Feb 2014 22:43 Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer summed up the feeling of most Redbird fans when he declared after the game that he hated losing. Solskjaer was powerless to stop his side concede three goals to the rampant Swans who tore them apart with a second half display that suggests there was more than the six points between the clubs that the league table currently shows. Goals from Routs, Dyer and Bony gave the Swans all three points and moved them nine places clear of their local rivals who are set for a relegation fight to the death after a run of just one win in five since the change in management. Solskjaer was second best in pretty much every department to the managerial debut of Garry Monk as he recognised after the game “It hurt, I hate losing, “I particularly hate losing matches like this. Ask anyone associated with Cardiff and they will tell you this is one game they don’t want to lose, especially not like that. “Our dressing room was downbeat after a loss to our biggest enemy, but the players have another massive game coming up against Aston Villa on Tuesday night. “They have to bounce back and win that one. “Do they have the character and personality to do that? Yes they do, in my opinion. “They certainly have the footballing ability.” Photo: Action Images Please report offensive, libellous or inappropriate posts by using the links provided.
