Herr Röhl will get a sniff of those Dell Burgers and be signing up PDQ | |
| We thought that we had the answers,
It was the questions we had wrong. |

Sheff Wed in financial trouble on 06:56 - Apr 6 with 341 views | 1teeminants | Sheff Wed players aren’t even being paid ffs it’s no wonder the team are faltering , Danny Rohl doing well in very difficult circumstances. SolihullOwl79 Experienced SolihullOwl79 Posted 1 hour ago I was contracted to work today, so couldn’t make the 180 mile 4 hour round trip. Fair play to those that did go in spite of all the rubbish happening because of DC. Not sure how many supporters across the groups I have posted in, are aware of the sum of the wages of players that remain outstanding. The professional first team playing squad are on £324,538 per week. That’s £1,406,331 per month. If that and April is not paid by the end of the this month DC will owe £2,812,662 in wages. Although it has been stated he’s made partial payments to SOME players we don’t know how much. But as that above sum only includes players, we can make the informed presumption there will be some unpaid coaching staff too. So the figure sits about right. IF players are NOT paid in FULL before April PAYDAY for March wages, and APRIL is not paid on time either On APRIL PAYDAY, it means he’s missed two consecutive PAYDAYS. That’s when players can issue notice with 15 day appeal to have it paid to them, and if it’s not paid by 15 days after they appeal they can walk away. IF PAYDAY is 28th like with most companies, and the players raise their appeal on the next day, then that takes us to 13th May (29/4 day 1, 13/05 day 15). Those players can then walk on 14/05. 2.8 million in unpaid wages IS enough money owed that Administration can be applied for by those owed money. If they’ve not been paid, then neither is the tax and NI of the employers liability! HMRC being the ones who will make the application. IF there are interested buyers, this is when we will see them start to raise their heads above the parapet! The closer it gets to that scenario, the more likely it is that DC will listen to direct offers to him, because otherwise the negotiations will be out of his hands and administrators will choose their preferred bidder. Hopefully the EFL step in sooner rather than later. If they take hold before administration we will avoid a 12 point deduction. That Is the one direction we’re heading to. Whether it’s as early as the end of season, or in a few seasons with DC stumping up cash last minute every time and destroying the club further, is anyone’s guess. The sooner the better while we remain at a decent level. The lower we fall down the pyramid, the harder it is to get legitimately well funded backing [Post edited 5 Apr 23:47] [Post edited 6 Apr 6:59]

Sheff Wed in financial trouble on 08:57 - Apr 6 with 217 views | Flamingbankers | That's football, we've been in a similar situation as have lots of other clubs with crappy owners but that's the crazy situation we live in today - excessive money is king so live by the sword , die by the sword. It may sound trite, considering, but all the best mate. Hopefully, we'll be playing you next season. Football will live on, even if the fans have to reform and own the club. [Post edited 6 Apr 8:59]
