I have been to the UN and seen it working, it really is unrivalled and an inspirational organisation and I can't see anything rivalling it. |

He is just the model professional and carries out the instructions his manager/managers demand. Sometimes he has been criticised for the way he plays but how much of that has been down to management decisions. |

Without a doubt and I have been saying this for a while. Specifically we have been loaning players to league one and two teams and although they are getting game time they are not standing out, they should if they are good enough for the championship and they are not. The question then is why are we in this position, is the talent not here or is development structure here not good enough. EDIT This has just been announced and cold be a step in the right direction. https://www.swanseacity.com/ne [Post edited 23 Jan 10:15]

I think that is a little high with £10-12K being a ball park figure. Often when we negotiate a contract extension we factor in the cost to purchase a replacement plus salary over the term of the contract. That was probably the situation with Fulton. We are operating with a different mindset now but looking at some of the players we have bought and ditched at a loss since was it really such a bad deal. |

Plus WoL were not around in the current form when we were in division four, the main paper in print was the evening post and the current so called journalists were not spreading their plagiarism. |

I agree with you about Yalcouye. In my opinion he does the pretty stuff on the ball but is not physically strong enough and doesn't work hard enough. In time this could change but he is not doing it for us. Is this the reason a player with allegedly an abundance of talent doesn't currently start for us. |

I would say well deserved but within our current pay scale. |

From the official site. Vitor Matos has confirmed Zeidane Inoussa will miss Saturday's trip to Hull, whilst Ethan Galbraith will be assessed ahead of the clash. The head coach revealed Inoussa has suffered a suspected stress fracture in his back, and is seeing a specialist, whilst Galbraith, who was forced off in Tuesday's 3-1 win against Blackburn, is also being treated by the medical team. Chelsea loanee Ishe Samuels-Smith is back on the grass after being sidelined following a calf injury. "Galbraith had a knock in the Birmingham game, then a knock in the same place against Blackburn. We have one more day to see how it develops," said Matos. "Zeidane is consulting a specialist regarding a stress response on his back. After that, we'll have a more clear answer, but he will miss this game and the one after that. "Ishe is starting to work back on the pitch, one more week and he'll be back." |

WRU has confirmed Ospreys owners, Y11 Sport and Media, have been chosen as the preferred option to buy Cardiff. The WRU and Ospreys say a successful deal would see Y11 own both teams but they will continue as separate entities. But no guarantees after 26/27 season. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/ru How the hell can you own two teams in the same league. It just gets worse. |

They don't have to trawl websites, just Google Swansea City and click on news and up to date articles from around the world appear. It's just lazy journalism. |

Thanks, it just seemed strange to have three right backs on the bench and no Inoussa. |

If that's the case why didn't WoL release the information earlier? |

The Welsh Rugby Players Association have now requested clarity from the WRU on what will happen next season and have instigated a deadline of February 6th, the day before the England game. They wouldn't would they. |

Wasn't in the squad on Tuesday. I've heard no mention of an injury, has he just moved down the pecking order? |

I think it is important to give the talented youngsters squad experience, often they are training specifically with the first team to get experience long before they get in the match day squad. Sometimes travelling away and not getting mentioned. The next step is the match day squad, then getting on the pitch hopefully eventually to start a game. That is the aimed progression for the youngsters, if it is carried out it lifts the whole group in the u21s, the hopefully one day that will be me scenario. Without hope and ambition we will drag the life blood out of the u21s. |

You are more likely to be hit by lightning than have a drink spilt over you in a football stadium. |

I can understand us having loans to strengthen the squad, but I would much rather we develop our own instead of developing players for other clubs. Off the top of my head we have at least seven players out on loan for other clubs to develop for us. Out of the last four seasons of all the players we have loaned out how many have broken through for us. In my opinion this would be why real talent are reluctant to sign contracts. |
