None so blind as those who don't want to see. In fairness where we are different is we have the trust on the board. But my concern there is are they knowledgeable enough to understand the intricacies of high finance. Hopefully everything is fine, but certainly we should question because it is our club. |

I think more clarity on some of the income would go a long way to allay fears of the financial stability. An example is the AG1 deal for front of shirt sponsorship, nothing has been disclosed as far as I am aware. How long is it for, what is the value, we really don't know. |

Agreed about the finances of everything. Gorringe did say SCR works in our favour, although it is closely monitored throughout the season to see that we are complying with the rules, sometimes everything just seems to good to be true. |

A short spell without the Swans also makes it more exciting when the league returns. The next four matches two home and two away virtually sold out for Swansea supporters is testimony to this. |

I saw a program a while back on the development of Manchester and the grants available if you incorporated community projects into developments. Gary Neville who had a very large development portfolio and Andy Burnham were included discussing grants available. Manchester City have included community projects in many of their developments. With the recent revelations it will be interesting to see if everything there was above board. I had my doubts at the time frequently visiting Manchester, in my mind a fabulous city, but some of the development decions just dont sit right. |

I wonder how the reducing home ownership will affect the benift system in years to come. Less personal assets for the government to claw back, the higher the social care bill will be. Is the country waking up the the belief that working hard and saving doesn't pay. Its up to the government to break this mindset and make hard work and saving pay dividends. |

Yet some try to compare it to the banking crisis bailout. Rule breaking, fraud and tax evasion is completely different. Surely even those with little intelligence can see the difference. |

Initial capacity about 1,000 instead of the original proposal of 1,700. I would guess that could be ground floor only to start with the first floor opening at a later date, keeping it under 1,000 the licencing and planning is not as tight. |
