I think it is. Everton had a similar thing on their new stadium plans. Local authority approved then had to be rubber stamped by government. Not sure what the criteria is for the referral, value maybe? |  | | |

If we can build this training ground it will be a massive move for us. A new stadium is not looking likely any time soon and the plans to generate extra revenue from non match day activities are unrealistic. |  | | |
