Corruption 100% worse, incompetence you can work on to improve but you need the means to identify shortcomings and supportive action reward the improvement.

Kitching the Cov player kicked the ball away deliberately delaying a free kick. Wasn't even booked . Same thing happened earlier in the day at St Andrews the Derby player was immediately shown a yellow card. Later on in that game that same Derby player committed a foul and was then sent off for a second yellow . That ultimately cost Derby the 3 points because they then had to play the vast majority of the game with 10 men - Brum later equalising . |  | | |

The decisions I’ve seen by referees this season are unfathomable , what Ronald and Franco have been doing is awful but Coventry had players flopping around with barely any contact all game and Alison just gave them everything , I said before the game they’d be cynical and they were, but he continually let them off , as has been stated he’s not been the only Ref to show blatant favouritism against the Swans this season,how can we complain about it because we should be able to

As fans of the game, what can we do? Not a damn thing! We should hope it's incompetence but not if I were the PGMOL office, since the ultimate blame would be on them for hiring/promoting incompetent boobs. If it's corruption such as bias, or worse, then that would give PGMOL reason to punish the individual.
If I were an aggrieved owner/top manager and felt cheated, then I would assemble a video collection of the suspected biased calls or no-calls and first send them to the Championship officials, PGMOL and ask for a response, & force their hands to decide which way they want it made known publicly, incompetence or corruption. I would make sure I had enough camera angles to capture such incidents in order to clean up this crap. | | | |

The standard of referring in the PL is one of the reasons I very rarely watch a match, when even taking into account a certain amount of interpretation of the laws by a ref simple black and white decisions are ignored .I used to laugh when people would cream themselves over performances by the likes of Collina when in fact all he was doing what he was paid to do follow and enact the laws of the game. | |
