**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 14:06 - Apr 25 with 13769 views | ted_hendrix | Just go at them non stop for Ninety odd minutes, flat out assault on they're goal, throw caution to the wind, get the crowd of their seats. Get on the phone to a labour agency this afternoon and ask If they've got anyone spare who can take corners properly. Gobbledegook, Gibberish, and Deep Joy

**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 14:14 - Apr 25 with 13723 views | Hunterhoop | Peak Rangers would actually be us playing out of our skins, deserving to win, and succumbing to a 2-1 defeat, with everyone leaving saying “if only we played like that more often we’d be in the play offs”. Then we’ll get hammered at Sunderland.
**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 14:24 - Apr 25 with 13694 views | Myke | Goodness, fair bit of negativity after yet another successful season staying up. I think the lads will be up for this one, cos whatever we know or don't know re Marti's departure, the lads will deffo be in the know. 2-1 The Rangers

My therapist had almost rid me of that image but it’s back now and persists every time I’m idle for more than a couple of minutes. I’m transforming more and more into Dre Dozzell than Buffalo Bill or the Red Dragon, shudder. Wasted all that money on bastard tattoos and soundproofing the basement, Jaxx.

**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 15:51 - Apr 25 with 13420 views | stevec | Burnley will be absolutely rat arsed, the sort of game where we might actually beat a top ten side, eulogising over the performances of Madsen and Ashby. Wouldn’t surprise me if Marti plays a proper two up front for the first and last time either.
**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 16:14 - Apr 25 with 13371 views | dmm | They've only conceded 15 goals all season so scoring just the one goal would be fun but, sod it, let's make it two goals and really piss off Parker. Mind you, I think the Marti chants and his demeanor at full time will be more interesting than what's likely to be a bit of a borefest.

If you equate 'success' with 'staying up', bear in mind others may not share your downwardly managed expectations. Mind you, Marti seems to agree with you, judging by his comfy pre-Burnley chat on the Offish. When you consider what this club achieved in the early 80s, first half of the 90s, and then again in 2010/11, it's saddening.

I hope Myke doesn't mind me saying this but I think what it meant was that we successfully stayed up as opposed to it being considered a successful season. At least that's how I read it.
**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 17:27 - Apr 25 with 13197 views | loftus77 | The Main Event: Dugout/Technical Area 3 Director's Box 0, hopefully. Nailbiting. Ah, the On The Pitch thing: an irrelevant 5-5 with deckchairs and cocktails all round.
**BURNLEY MATCH THREAD** on 17:33 - Apr 25 with 13162 views | London_Pride | If my memory serves me correctly, the last match thread started by Ted was Cardiff away and Celar’s (brief) moment of glory. I predict 3-0 and a hatrick for Madsen. In Ted we trust.
